Ingredients

  • 50ml Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin
  • 22ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Sparkling Rosé
  • Plenty of Ice

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup.
  3. Shake hard until beautifully chilled and lightly frosted.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
  5. Top with sparkling rosé for a delicate alpine fizz.
  6. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or a twist of lemon peel for an elegant finish.

Altitude Tip

For an extra luxurious mountain touch, chill your sparkling rosé beforehand and garnish with edible flowers or a sugared strawberry. Perfect for sunset aperitifs and alpine celebrations.
