Ingredients
- 50ml Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin
- 22ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Sparkling Rosé
- Plenty of Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake hard until beautifully chilled and lightly frosted.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling rosé for a delicate alpine fizz.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or a twist of lemon peel for an elegant finish.
Altitude Tip
For an extra luxurious mountain touch, chill your sparkling rosé beforehand and garnish with edible flowers or a sugared strawberry. Perfect for sunset aperitifs and alpine celebrations.
