REFUND POLICY
Opened alcohol products cannot be returned.
Damaged goods must be reported within seven working days of delivery.
Shipping delays caused by customs, carriers or courier services are outside of our control.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges where products have been opened, consumed or improperly stored after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@altitudedistillerie.com with photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.
