Refund Policy
At Altitude Distillerie, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, opened alcohol products cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be unopened and unused;
  • be in their original packaging;
  • be in the same condition in which they were received; and
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) working days of delivery by emailing:
info@altitudedistillerie.com

Please include:
your order number;
photographs of the damaged item(s);
photographs of the outer packaging; and
a brief description of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside of this timeframe.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your authorised return has been processed.
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.
Altitude Distillerie is not responsible for delays caused by:
customs clearance;
courier or carrier disruptions;
adverse weather conditions;
strikes or transport interruptions; or
events outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and importation of alcohol products complies with local laws and regulations in their country or region.
