Alpine Honey Sour
Ingredients
- 50ml Altitude Alpine Dry Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Alpine Honey Syrup
- Lemon Wedge
Method
Shake it up: Add the Altitude Alpine Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice and Alpine honey syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
The Chill: Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until beautifully chilled and lightly frothy.
Serve: Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or coupe glass, depending on your mood.
The Garnish: Finish with a fresh lemon wedge for a bright citrus lift.
Altitude Tip
For an extra alpine touch, garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary lightly brushed over the glass before serving. The herbal aroma pairs perfectly with the pine and citrus botanicals of the gin.
