Ingredients

  • 75ml Altitude Alpine Dry Gin
  • 25ml French Vermouth
  • Garnish: Lemon twist, green olives and fresh myrtilles (blueberries)

Method

Chill the glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill with ice water while preparing the cocktail.

Build the cocktail: Add the Altitude Alpine Dry Gin and French Vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir slowly: Stir smoothly for 20–30 seconds until perfectly chilled and silky.

Strain: Empty the martini glass and fine strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

The garnish: Express a lemon peel over the surface to release the citrus oils, then twist into an elegant spiral. Finish with green olives and a few fresh alpine myrtilles for a signature Altitude touch.

Altitude Tip

For the perfect “Martini from the Mountains,” freeze your martini glass for at least 15 minutes before serving. The colder the glass, the cleaner and crisper the alpine botanicals will taste. A single rosemary-smoked olive also adds an incredible chalet-inspired finish.
