Pineapple Alpine Mule
Ingredients
- 50ml Altitude Alpine Dry Gin
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Fresh Pineapple Wedge & Lime Wheel
Method
Build the Base: Fill a tall highball glass generously with ice. Pour in the Altitude Alpine Dry Gin, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice.
The Spark: Top with chilled ginger beer for a lively, spicy finish.
The Lift: Stir gently to combine while keeping the drink beautifully crisp and refreshing.
The Garnish: Add a fresh pineapple wedge and lime wheel for a bright tropical finish.
Altitude Tip
For an extra alpine edge, garnish with a lightly torched rosemary sprig. The smoky herbal aroma works beautifully with the ginger spice and sweet pineapple notes.
