Alpine Strawberry Pink G&T
Ingredients
- 50ml Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin
- 150ml Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic
- Garnish: Fresh strawberry slices and a mint sprig
- Plenty of crystal-clear ice
Method
Prepare the glass: Fill a large copa or balloon glass generously with ice.
Pour the gin: Add 50ml of Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin over the ice.
Top with tonic: Slowly pour in the Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic to keep the serve light, crisp and refreshing.
Stir gently: Give the cocktail a soft stir to blend the botanicals and bubbles together.
Finish: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and a fragrant mint sprig for a bright alpine summer serve.
Altitude Tip
Lightly clap the mint before garnishing to release its fresh aroma. For an extra mountain-inspired twist, freeze sliced strawberries into your ice cubes for a beautifully chilled pink alpine serve.
