Surrounded by the warmth of the distillery, with our copper still at
the centre of the space, you are invited to explore the full Altitude
range. From our Alpine Dry Gin to our seasonal expressions, vodka,
génépi, rhum and our Negroni, each tasting is a journey through flavour,
place, and craft.

Our team will guide you through the experience, sharing the story
behind each spirit — from the alpine botanicals we use to the way we
distill at altitude, and what makes our approach unique. You’ll gain a
deeper understanding of the process, while enjoying a relaxed and
welcoming atmosphere.

tastings for private groups, tailored to your experience. Whether you’re
