"Tour du Mont Blanc" Negroni

Ingredients

  • 25ml Altitude Alpine Winter Dry Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Jsotta Vermouth Rosso
  • Orange Peel
  • Large Cube of Ice

Method

The Base: Fill a heavy rocks glass with a large block of crystal-clear ice. Pour in the Altitude Alpine Winter Dry Gin, Campari and Jsotta Vermouth Rosso.

The Blend: Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until perfectly chilled and silky smooth.

The Finish: Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the glass, then drop it into the drink for a bright citrus lift.

The Serve: Enjoy slowly and let the warming winter spices of the gin unfold with every sip.

Altitude Tip

For an extra alpine winter twist, lightly flame the orange peel before garnishing. The subtle smoky citrus aroma works beautifully with the cinnamon, clove and orange botanicals found in the Winter Gin.
