Alpine Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 60ml Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin
• 22ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 250g Fresh Strawberries, hulled
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• Garnish: Strawberry slice or lime twist

Method

Chill the glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer while preparing the cocktail.

Blend the flavours: Add the strawberries, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and Altitude Alpine Strawberry Pink Gin into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth, icy and vibrant.

Pour: Strain or pour directly into the chilled glass depending on your preferred texture.

Finish: Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or an elegant lime twist for a clean alpine finish.

Altitude Tip

Freeze a handful of strawberries before blending for an extra frosted mountain-style texture without watering down the cocktail. A light dusting of freeze-dried strawberry powder on top also gives a beautiful premium finish.
